Production process for Reducing sleeve：
1. The raw materials are fed into a CNC lathe for preliminary processing to form the basic shape of the tool holder.
2. After preliminary shaping, the tool holder undergoes heat treatment and grinding processes to enhance its durability and precision.
3. Once the tool holder is manufactured, it is assembled and tested to ensure its performance and reliability in practical applications.
Application:
Our reducing sleeve is mainly used for mounting and clamping the milling cutter for CNC machine.
We can select different reducing sleeve based on the tail of the live center when mounting.
