Crane counterweight hydraulic cylinder is an important device that realizes crane balance through hydraulic transmission mechanism. It is mainly composed of cylinder body, piston, piston rod, sealing element, oil filter, hydraulic pipeline and oil tank. The working principle is based on Pascal's law, that is, in a closed container, pressure is transmitted to every point in the liquid, and the pressure acting on the liquid is proportional to the area. When the crane is lifting, the hydraulic pump presses the oil into the cylinder, causing the piston to rise, thereby increasing the hook height. When the load of the crane increases, the oil inside the cylinder will be compressed and the piston will drop, thus achieving the balance of the crane.
