I. Overview

The importance of hydraulic valve block in hydraulic system has been recognized by more and more people, and its application scope is more and more extensive. The use of hydraulic valve block can not only simplify the design and installation of hydraulic system, but also facilitate the integration and standardization of hydraulic system, which is conducive to reducing manufacturing costs and improving accuracy and reliability. However, with the increase of the complexity of the hydraulic system, it also increases the difficulty of the design, manufacturing and debugging of the hydraulic valve block. If the design is not considered properly, it will cause a series of problems such as complex manufacturing process, increased processing costs, waste of raw materials, and cumbersome use and maintenance.


Two, hydraulic valve block design

2.1 Design Principles

The oil circuit of hydraulic valve block conforms to the hydraulic system schematic diagram is the first principle of design. Before designing the valve block, determine which part of the oil circuit can be integrated. The number of components included on each block should be moderate, too many components valve block volume is large, design, processing is difficult; Too few components, integration is not meaningful, resulting in material waste. Taking the hydraulic system of billet caster shear machine in Jinan No.1 Steel Plant as an example, the hydraulic system uses cartridge valve to control the flow rate of the system, which requires high precision and puts forward higher requirements for the reliability of the system.
